Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team in Arkansas. The role focuses on maintenance, repairs and installation of commercial roofing systems, requiring reliable transportation and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Able to pass a background check per company standards.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Install roofing systems including BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings and related work.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Follow OSHA and site safety regulations at all times.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and meet physical demands.
• Climb and work from ladders; handle at least 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors and peers.
