Job summary

Tremco is seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team in Bentonville. The Roofer will handle the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, single-ply, and coatings, across varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Commercial Roofing experience at all levels; 1 year preferred.
• Reliable form of transportation to job sites.
• Ability to pass background checks per company standards.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required.

Responsibilities

• Install roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, single-ply and coatings.
• Safely operate hand and power tools on site.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and meet physical demands.
• Climb and work from ladders; lift at least 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors and coworkers.
