Job description

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems
• Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools, etc.)
• Follow OSHA regulations and other safety standards, demonstrating safe work practices
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and meet physical demands, including mobility and handling materials
• Climb ladders and operate at heights, capable of handling at least 50 lbs
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and team members

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Commercial Roofing at all levels; at least 1 year preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Pass background checks and pre-employment drug and physical tests

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20 to $33, depending on qualifications and experience.
