Job summary

TriVAN Roofing is seeking a field-based team member to support service calls and manage installation crews across Texas and Oklahoma. The role requires climbing ladders and a willingness to learn this highly skilled trade.

Bi-lingual candidates are highly preferred, with a strong emphasis on integrity, accountability, and dependability. You will work closely with the Project Manager, attend team meetings, pull trailers, and help ensure safety and quality on low slope roof installations and

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must climb ladders.
• Be willing to learn this highly skilled trade.
• Must demonstrate integrity, accountability, dependability and show willingness to install and/or repairs for single-ply membrane on a low slope roof.
• Bi-Lingual highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle service calls and coordinate with customers.
• Manage installation crews and schedules.
• Ensure manufacturer tech representative scores are 100%.
• Attend team meetings and coordinate with project management.
• Pull trailers and assist the Project Manager as needed.
