Job summary

J Reynolds, a Tecta America Company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technician in Saginaw, TX. You will work under the service crew leader to investigate, locate, and repair leaks on multiple roof systems, including EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, Modified Bitumen, and slope metal.

Responsibilities include removal and installation, routine roof maintenance, and safety-compliant work while maintaining professional interactions with customers and coordinating with the crew.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial roofing service repairs and leaks
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Must be 18+ and able to work at heights and in varying weather
• Strong communication with clients, supervisor and co-workers

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Summary:

You will be working under the service crew leader and investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal.

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1+ years experience in commercial roofing service repairs, leaks, penetrations, etc
• A valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
