Job summary

KBR Roofing is seeking a reliable commercial roofing tech to service, diagnose, and repair a range of commercial roofing systems in Arizona. You'll work with modern equipment, quality materials, and experienced teammates while building expertise in TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems.

This role emphasizes safety, strong work ethic, and the ability to travel within our service area. Primary schedule Monday–Friday with occasional on-call weekends.

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred (on-the-job training provided).
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

The Role

We're seeking a reliable commercial roofing tech to service, diagnose, and repair a range of commercial roofing systems. You'll work with modern equipment, quality materials, and experienced teammates while building expertise in TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform commercial roof inspections and accurately diagnose issues
• Complete quality repairs on TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and other roofing systems
• Document work performed and materials used for client records
• Communicate professionally with team members and clients
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies - safety is non-negotiable

What You Need

• Construction experience preferred (On-the-job training is provided)
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within Arizona and nearby states
• Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and pre-employment drug screening

Schedule & Expectations

• Primary Schedule: Monday through Friday
• On-Call Rotation: One to two weekends per month for emergency service calls
• Paid Travel: Travel required within our service area.
