Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent in Tennessee. This role requires managing multiple production crews, ensuring high-quality roofing installation, and traveling extensively. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of construction management experience and fluency in English.

Qualifications

Frequent Travel Required

Looking for someone who is willing to travel and stay at a location for several weeks at a time.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee daily activities of multiple production crews.
• Designate material staging areas.
• Oversee and train individuals in roofing system installation.
• Manage crew personnel scheduling and issue resolution.
• Be responsible for installing roofing systems with the highest quality, safest, and most cost-effective manner.

Compensation

Base salary: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.

All offers will be made on a 90‑day trial basis. After 90 days there will be a performance evaluation to determine fit for the position.

Requirements

• Fluency in English; Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus.

• Familiarity with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers.
