Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee production crews. The role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of construction management experience with a focus on roofing. Responsibilities include planning activities, training personnel, and ensuring high-quality installations.

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year with benefits like health insurance, bonuses, and a company vehicle. 100% travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience.
• 2-3 years experience in the roofing industry.
• Familiarity with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee daily activities of multiple production crews.
• Designate material staging areas.
• Oversee and train individuals in roofing system installation.
• Manage crew personnel scheduling and issue resolution.
• Install roofing systems safely and cost-effectively.

Frequent Travel Required

Looking for someone who is willing to travel and stay at a location for several weeks at a time.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee daily activities of multiple production crews.
• Designate material staging areas.
• Oversee and train individuals in roofing system installation.
• Manage crew personnel scheduling and issue resolution.
• Be responsible for installing roofing systems with the highest quality, safest, and most cost-effective manner.

Compensation

Base salary: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.

All offers will be made on a 90‑day trial basis. After 90 days there will be a performance evaluation to determine fit for the position.

Requirements

• Fluency in English; Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus.
• Minimum high school graduate or GED/college preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers.
