Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager willing to travel for roofing projects in Spring Hill, Tennessee. The role requires overseeing daily activities of multiple production crews, managing scheduling, and ensuring quality installations.

Candidates must have 3-5 years of Construction Management experience, ideally in the roofing industry, along with fluency in English. The position offers a competitive salary, health insurance, 401(k) plan, and other benefits after a 90-day performance evaluation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience, with 2-3 years in roofing.
• Familiarity with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers.
• Valid driver's license and 100% travel required.

• Train individuals in roofing system installation.

Looking for someone who is willing to travel and stay at a location for several weeks at a time.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee daily activities of multiple production crews.
• Designate material staging areas.
• Oversee and train individuals in roofing system installation.
• Manage crew personnel scheduling and issue resolution.
• Be responsible for installing roofing systems with the highest quality, safest, and most cost-effective manner.

Compensation

Base salary: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.

All offers will be made on a 90‑day trial basis. After 90 days there will be a performance evaluation to determine fit for the position.

Requirements

• Fluency in English; Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus.
• Minimum high school graduate or GED/college preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers.
