Job summary

Tecta America Commercial Roofing in Baltimore is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations, supervise roofing crews and subcontractors, and implement safety and best practices on commercial projects. You will read project manuals, coordinate with GCs, owners, and consultants, and drive projects to meet schedules and budgets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Roofing experience.
• Experience with various Commercial Roofing systems (single-ply, torch, hot rubberized asphalt, metal, coatings).
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints / shop drawings.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel to and manage multiple job sites.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Excel preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Working Conditions

Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature. Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, both hot and cold and in windy conditions.
