Job summary

Nations Roof is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee project installation from start to finish at the greater Baltimore location. This on-site role requires coordinating crews, safety oversight, and effective communication with clients.

You will read blueprints, manage scheduling, ensure quality control, and keep projects within budget. Valid driver’s license, OSHA training, and bilingual Spanish/English abilities are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial roofing installation experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English – written & verbal preferred.
• Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing systems and manufacturers.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and supervise crews and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for reroof projects.
• Maintain communication with clients and project contacts regarding scheduling and progress.
• Verify material deliveries and inventory at job sites.
• Conduct safety oversight and toolbox talks; ensure compliance with company policies.
• Complete project closeout documents and assist with quality control.

Position Overview

TheCommercial Roofing Superintendentprovides on-site leadership, manages crews, ensures safety compliance, and maintains communication with customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include scheduling, quality control, and technical oversight to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with clients and project contacts regarding scheduling and progress.
• Verify material deliveries and inventory at job sites.
• Conduct safety oversight and toolbox talks; ensure compliance with company policies.
• Complete project closeout documents and assist with quality control.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 plus years of commercial roofing installation experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English – Highly Preferred (Written & Verbal)
• Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing systems and manufacturers.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
