Job summary

Empire Roofing, a Tecta America Company, is seeking a Sheet Metal Worker to fabricate, install, and repair sheet metal components for commercial roofing projects in Tulsa, OK. The role includes flashing, coping, gutters, and related metal work on roofing systems.

Starting pay is $18+ per hour based on experience, with 401(k), health benefits, PTO, and year-round work. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, work at heights, and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sheet metal, roofing, or construction experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, install, and repair sheet metal components for commercial roofing projects.
• Install flashing, coping, edge metal, gutters, downspouts, and related roofing sheet metal.
• Read and interpret measurements, drawings, and project specifications.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Work safely and productively as part of a commercial roofing team.
• Perform work according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Safely work at heights and climb ladders.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Sheet Metal Worker Summary

The Sheet Metal Worker will fabricate, install, and repair sheet metal components for commercial roofing projects. This includes flashing, coping, edge metal, gutters, downspouts, and other custom sheet metal applications.
