What You’d Be Doing

• Assist and support in diagnosing and solving roof leaks on various commercial roof systems.
• Assist with emergency roof repairs.
• Support correct installation of roofing materials, including metal flashings, following industry standards.
• Maintain good communication skills and professional appearance.
• Document project findings and photos in CRM and other software.
• Update time tracking in Paylocity.
• Assist with safety documentation, inventory, and tool inspections.
• Help with site setup and cleanup.
• Perform all work safely.

Requirements

You’re probably a match if you have:

• High School diploma or GED (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to work at heights
• Proficient in safety protocols
• Good communication and professional appearance
• Willingness to learn CRM software
