What you’d be doing:

• Assist and support in diagnosing and solving roof leaks on various commercial roof systems.
• Assist with emergency roof repairs.
• Support correct installation of roofing materials, including metal flashings, following industry standards.
• Maintain good communication skills and professional appearance.
• Enter project findings and photos into CRM software.
• Update time records in Paylocity.
• Document and submit Job Safety Analyses (JSA), inventory transfer sheets, and inspection forms.
• Assist with site setup and cleanup.
• Perform all work safely.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to work at heights
• Proficient in safety protocols
• Good communication and professional appearance
• Ability to learn CRM software
