Job summary

JB Roofing, A Tecta America Company, in Tiffin, Ohio, seeks a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead our service crew and ensure quality workmanship.

You will oversee leaks repairs across EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen and metal, manage projects from start to finish, and uphold safety and customer service standards. Starting pay is $23+ per hour with full benefits and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver\'s license is required.
• Bilingual a plus! English and Spanish.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and in different weather.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors and co-workers.
• Initiative, integrity and adaptability.
• Technology savvy.

JB Roofing, A Tecta America Company is currently searching for a commercial roofing service tech I at our Tiffin, OH location

You will be the service crew’s leader and responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Responsibilities

• Roof maintenance and repairs
