Commercial Roofing Service Technician Summary:

You will be working under the service crew leader and investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems: EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal.

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope metal roof systems.
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage the commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, and assisting in the training of crew members as needed.

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver's license preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Initiative, integrity, and adaptability.
• Technology savvy.

Working Conditions:

• Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature.
• Physical effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds.
• Travel: Local.
