We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician in Fruitland, MD!

Position Summary:
You will work under the service crew leader, investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in various commercial roofing systems including EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal.
Responsibilities:

• Remove and install all types of commercial roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope metal roofs.
• Perform roof maintenance and repairs.
• Follow job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interactions with all customers.
• Manage the commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings, and assisting in training crew members.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills with clients, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Demonstrate initiative, integrity, and adaptability.
• Technology savvy.

Working Conditions:

• Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature variations.
• Physical effort includes extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders, and frequent lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Local travel required.
