Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing in Cullman, AL is hiring a Commercial Roofer with 2+ years in commercial roofing (TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam, Shingles, Built Up, Modified Bitumen, coatings). A minimum of two years in one or more fields is required; training is available for advancement.

This full-time position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and quality. Responsibilities include delivering roofs with standardized work, solving problems, keeping the site 5S, and working well with the crew.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in commercial roofing (one or more of: TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam, Shingles, Built Up, Modified Bitumen, coatings).
• Must have a Valid Driver's License, transportation to the office, and be able to pass a background check.

Job description

Commercial Roofer with 2 years of experience or more. TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam, Shingles, Built Up, Modified Bitumen, and Coatings. You do not have to have experience at all. But a minimum of 2 years in one or multiples of those fields of work. Must be commercial roofing experience. This position is for small production projects and commercial service work. Additional training is offered to assist with advancement. This is a full time position. Seeking individuals that would like to have the opportunity to turn a job into a career.

Compensation:

A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate ($22-$34/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills), along with the benefits listed below:
