Job summary

Roof Services in Deer Park, NY seeks a Service Lead Technician to inspect, locate and repair leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems, and to manage projects from start to finish.

You will work on EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal, ensuring craftsmanship and safety while coordinating with clients and crew members for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 5+ years experience working on commercial roofing systems
• A valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability
• Technology savvy

Responsibilities

• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers
• Manage commercial roofing systems, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tiles/shingles)

You will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
