Job summary

Tecta America Carolinas is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Lead in Charleston to manage leaks repairs and installations across EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR and metal systems. You will lead crews, ensure safety, and deliver quality craftsmanship from start to finish.

Must have 3-5 years of lead experience, a valid license, and ability to pass background checks. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair roofs with BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope.
• Work well in a team setting.
• Work outside in extreme weather conditions.
• Lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Climb a ladder up to 60ft and be on a roof.
• Follow manufacturer specifications with emphasis on safety.

Commercial Roofing Service Lead Summary:

You will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Commercial Roofing Service Lead Responsibilities:

• Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
• Able to work well in a team setting
• Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
• Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety

Commercial Roofing Service Lead Requirements:
