Roof Services is hiring a Service Lead Technician in Deer Park, NY. You will investigate, locate and repair leaks and defects in EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR and metal roofing systems, while managing projects from start to finish and ensuring high craftsmanship.

Pay starts at $30 per hour plus based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match and paid time off.

Formación

• 5+ years experience working on commercial roofing systems.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing systems, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed.
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tiles/shingles).

You will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. Requirements

• A valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Technology savvy.

Working Conditions

• Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
• Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds
• Travel: Mostly local
