Job summary

Herzog Roofing seeks a Commercial Roofing Service Lead to manage and execute maintenance, repair, and service work on commercial roofing systems. You will supervise a crew, coordinate with clients, ensure safety, and promote quality workmanship on all sites.

The role requires leadership, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and Built-Up Roofing. A valid license and reliable transportation are essential for on-site service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in commercial roofing service, repair or installation.
• Experience supervising roofing teams in a commercial setting.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up Roofing).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic digital literacy for documenting projects and communicating with management.

• Manage materials, tools, and equipment required for service calls.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls as needed.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, technical expertise in commercial roofing systems, and excellent communication skills.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial roofing service, repair, or installation.
• Proven experience supervising or leading roofing teams in a commercial setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including but not limited to TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and Built-Up Roofing.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic digital literacy for documenting projects and communicating with management.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Certification.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
