Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing Inc. in the Chattanooga area is seeking a Commercial Roofer with at least 2 years of experience. A Laborer position is also open for those with construction know-how.

This full-time role pays $22–$34 per hour, depending on experience, and includes medical and dental insurance. A valid driver's license, ability to pass a background check, and transportation to the offices are required. TeamCraft values safety, honesty, teamwork and quality, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in commercial roofing.
• Experience with TPO, EPDM, standing seam, shingles, built-up, modified bitumen, and coatings preferred.
• Additional training offered for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a quality roof using standardized work.

Job description

Commercial Roofer with 2 years of experience or more. Laborer needed in Chattanooga area also (Construction Experience needed), Roofers need TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam, Shingles, Built Up, Modified Bitumen, and Coatings. You do not have to have experience at all. But a minimum of 2 years in one or multiples of those fields of work. Must be commercial roofing experience. This position is for small production projects and commercial service work. Additional training is offered to assist with advancement. This is a full time position. Seeking individuals that would like to have the opportunity to turn a job into a career.

Requirements

Must have a Valid Drivers License. Must be able to pass a background check, Must have transportation to the office(s). Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the commercial roofing field.

Compensation

A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate ($22-$34/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills), along with the benefits listed below:
