Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing Inc. is seeking a Commercial Roofer with 2+ years of experience for full-time work in the Birmingham area, with additional laborer roles in the Chattanooga region. A minimum of 2 years in roofing is required, though entry is possible if applicable.

Training is provided for advancement, and opportunities to build a career are emphasized. We offer a competitive hourly rate ($22–$34) based on experience, plus benefits for full-time staff.

Job description

Commercial Roofer with 2 years of experience or more. Laborer needed in Chattanooga area also (Construction Experience needed), Roofers need TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam, Shingles, Built Up, Modified Bitumen, and Coatings. You do not have to have experience at all. But a minimum of 2 years in one or multiples of those fields of work. Must be commercial roofing experience. This position is for small production projects and commercial service work. Additional training is offered to assist with advancement. This is a full time position. Seeking individuals that would like to have the opportunity to turn a job into a career.

Compensation

A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate ($22-$34/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills), along with the benefits listed below:
