Job summary

North American Roofing is seeking a Project Manager to lead large, multi-site commercial roofing projects from start to finish, delivered safely, on time, and on budget.

You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules; serve as the client’s primary contact for updates and changes; uphold safety and quality standards on nationwide projects. Requires 5+ years of commercial roofing experience and strong communication, plus proficiency with MS Office and Bluebeam.

For 45+ years, North American Roofing has delivered high-quality flat and low-slope roofing systems across the U.S. Our core markets are in the Southeast, and we support projects nationwide. We're looking for one Project Manager to lead large, multi-site commercial roofing projects from start to finish, delivered safely, on time, and on budget.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience (required).

Experience Managing Large-scale, Multi-site Projects (required).

• Project management experience from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and similar tools.
