Kato Roofing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead crews on active job sites, ensure safety, quality, and timely project completion. This role provides direct field leadership and coordinates daily production goals.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, managing materials and equipment, maintaining OSHA compliance, training team members, and documenting reports. Starting pay is $30+ per hour (DOE) with a hiring bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
• 2+ years of crew leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead crews and drive production

• Reliable attendance and dependability

• Valid driver's license

Commercial Roofing Foreman

Position Overview

Kato Roofing, Inc. is seeking experienced Commercial Roofing Foremen who take pride in quality craftsmanship, crew leadership, and project success.

This position provides direct field leadership for roofing crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Valid driver's license
• DOT Health Card, or ability to obtain one (company paid)

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday, weekends only as needed
  
• Hours may vary based on project schedules, weather conditions, and workload
• Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required
• Year-round employment with no seasonal layoffs

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Compensation
