Job summary

Wolfe Roofing, a Tecta America Company, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead projects in Reading, PA. Responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, and managing from cradle to grave, ensuring adherence to plans, specs, and safety procedures. Reports to the Operating Unit President.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in roofing/construction, strong planning skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel to job sites is expected about half the time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college preferred (Construction Management)
• Minimum three years of roofing or construction industry experience
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of urgency
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Understand contract scope and project requirements
• Generate estimates from drawings, field notes, and inspections
• Prepare customer proposals and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors
• Develop project budgets, schedules, material lists, and labor requirements
• Monitor costs, manage change orders, and ensure safety compliance; lead project closeouts
