Job summary

The Melanson Company, a Tecta America Company, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Leadman to assist the foreman, oversee removal and installation of commercial roof systems, and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship on every project.

Based in Bow, NH, the role requires leading roofing crews, managing project paperwork, coordinating with customers, and maintaining safety standards in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
• Valid driver's license
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Able to work at varying heights and in diverse weather conditions
• Able to pass pre-employment screening

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, slope)
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work according to specifications and safety guidelines
• Maintain professional interactions with customers
• Administer roofing crew, complete paperwork, attend meetings, assist in training
• Track inventory and file daily reports
