Fort Wayne Roofing, A Tecta America Commercial Roofing Company, invites applications for a Commercial Roofing Laborer in Fort Wayne, IN. Pay starts at $23 per hour and Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome.

Responsibilities include installing and repairing roofs across BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope systems, with emphasis on safety and teamwork. Must have at least 1 year of roofing or construction experience, be 18+, and be able to pass background checks and a drug screen.

Qualifications

• 1 year of commercial roofing experience and/or construction experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Install and repair roofs using commercial roofing systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope).
• Work well in a team setting and follow safety protocols.
• Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
• Lift 50+ lbs and climb ladders up to 60ft as needed.
