Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing is a family-owned, expanding roofing company with a national presence, seeking team members for local commercial/industrial roofing repairs and re-roofs in the area, near home. We promote from within and offer competitive pay and benefits.

Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour based on experience and demonstrated skills, with medical and dental insurance for full-time positions and a strong benefits package. Veterans are encouraged to apply and E-Verify is used.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General cleanup, sweeping, and debris removal across projects.
• Assist skilled roofers and prepare roofs for new materials.
• Remove snow, water, or debris from roofs before applying roofing materials.
• Unload materials and tools from work trucks.
• Sweep and clean roofs to prepare them for new materials.
• Remove old roofing materials.
• Clear drains and downspouts; clean gutters.
• Set ladders, scaffolds, and hoists for taking supplies to roofs.
• Provide assistance to skilled roofers installing and repairing roofs, flashings, and surfaces.

Job Description:

This will be for local commercial/industrial roofing repairs and re-roofs in the area, so you'll have the advantage of being able to work near home. We’re a growing company with a national presence, and are big on promoting from within.

Job Responsibilities:

These are the expectations of our employees with this job title:

Compensation:

A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate ($18-$22/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills), along with the benefits listed below:
