Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing is a family‑owned business seeking hands‑on roofers for local commercial/industrial repairs and re‑roofs near High Point, NC. We offer competitive hourly pay, a strong benefits package, and a culture that promotes from within.

We operate with a safety‑first mindset and perform background checks, drug tests, and MVRs before extending offers. You’ll perform cleanup, material handling, roof cleaning, and assist skilled roofers on live projects.

Qualifications

• Consistent and dependable attendance.
• Ability to follow through with instructions and complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to communicate verbally and written.
• Valid Driver’s License is a plus.

Responsibilities

• General cleanup, sweeping, and removal of debris throughout the project.
• Clean up the work area and equipment as needed throughout the project.
• Removes snow, water, or debris from roofs prior to applying roofing materials.
• Unload materials and tools from work trucks.
• Sweep and clean roofs to prepare them for the application of new roofing materials.
• Remove old roofing materials.
• Clear drains and downspouts; and clean gutters
• Set ladders, scaffolds, and hoists in place for taking supplies to roofs
• Provide assistance to skilled roofers installing and repairing roofs, flashings, and surfaces.

Pay: $18-$22/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills

This will be for local commercial/industrial roofing repairs and re-roofs in the area, so you'll have the advantage of being able to work near home. We’re a growing company with a national presence, and are big on promoting from within.

Compensation:
