You will work with single-ply systems (TPO/EPDM) and metal components, supporting daily jobsite operations in a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial roofing systems, especially TPO/EPDM.
• Experience installing metal roofing components (coping, gutters, edge).
• Experience operating forklifts and man lifts.
• Previous commercial roofing or construction experience preferred.

Responsabilités

Position Summary

Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is seeking hardworking, dependable, and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Commercial Roofing Laborers / Roofers. This position is responsible for assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems while supporting daily jobsite operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial roofing systems, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, primarily single-ply roofing systems, including TPO and EPDM.
• Install metal roofing components, including coping, gutters, downspouts, and edge metal systems.
• Prepare job sites for daily operations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize roofing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate forklifts, man lifts, and other equipment when qualified and authorized.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and fall protection requirements.
• Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Maintain quality workmanship while meeting company and customer expectations.
• Perform daily cleanup and ensure materials and equipment are properly secured.
• Represent Jolly Roofing professionally on all jobsites.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commercial roofing systems, particularly TPO, EPDM, and other single-ply roofing systems.
• Experience installing metal roofing components, including coping, gutters, and edge metal.
• Experience operating construction equipment such as forklifts and man lifts.
• Previous commercial roofing or construction experience preferred.
