Job summary

Tecta America is looking for a Commercial Roofing Laborer in Milwaukee, WI to install and repair roofs with BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope systems. You will work as part of a team and operate outdoors in various weather conditions.

Candidates must be 18+, pass background and drug screening, and be authorized to work in the United States. A valid driver’s license is preferred, with local travel as required.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair roofs with a variety of commercial roofing systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, slope).
• Work effectively in a team setting and maintain safety near heights and machinery.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50+ lbs, climbing ladders up to 60 ft, and outdoor work in varying weather.

Roofing Laborer Summary

• Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).


• Able to work well in a team setting


• Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions


• Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.


• Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof


• Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety

Roofing Laborer Requirements

• 18 years of age or older


• Valid driver's license preferred


• Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen


• Authorized to work in the United States

Working Conditions

• Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.


• Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds
