Job summary

Tecta America Commercial Roofing is seeking a Commercial Roofing Laborer in Milwaukee, WI. You will install and repair roofs using systems such as BUR, TPO, and EPDM. This role requires comfort with heights, outdoor work, and following safety protocols.

You will work in a team, climb ladders, lift materials up to 50 pounds, and perform duties per manufacturer specifications while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair roofs using commercial roofing systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, slope).
• Operate safely in outdoor, on-roof environments.

Roofing Laborer Summary

Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).

• Able to work well in a team setting
• Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
• Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety

Roofing Laborer Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license preferred

Working Conditions

• Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
