Job summary

Eskola, LLC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Laborer in Jacksonville, FL for a full-time, in-person role. You will work with the crew on tear-off, repair, and installation projects and grow into skilled roofing positions.

Responsibilities include learning systems and safety practices, showing up on time with the right tools, and following site safety requirements. Prior roofing experience is a plus; OSHA-10 and a valid driver’s license are helpful.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a crew.
• Ability to work 8- to 12-hour shifts; Weekdays and weekends.
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $21.00 Hourly

Full Time (In Person), Monday - Friday | Based on Qualifications & Experience

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and southeastern U.S. since 1972. We are looking for Production Laborers / Apprentices ready to learn the commercial roofing trade and grow into skilled Roofers, Foreman, and beyond.

What You Will Do

• Work alongside experience crew members on tear-off, repair, and installation work
• Learn commercial roofing systems and safe work practices from the ground up
• Show up on time, ready to work, with proper tools and PPE
• Follow all job-site safety requirements

What You Bring

• Willingness to learn and work hard as part of a crew
• Ability to work 8- to 12- hour shifts; Weekdays and weekends
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions

Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of hire

Nice to Have

Prior commercial roofing or construction experience

OSHA-10 hour certification

Specialized training (crance, forklift, aerial lift, rigging, CERTA)

Valid driver's license
