Simon Roofing is seeking a Roofing Foreman in the United States to lead roofing crews on commercial projects. You will organize, coach, and execute work to meet safety and quality standards while ensuring client satisfaction.

The role offers year-round work with top pay ranging from $29.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement within a family-owned leader in commercial roofing repair, restoration, and replacement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience required.
• 2+ years of leading a commercial roofing crew.
• Extensive knowledge of low sloped roofing systems.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Willing to work in varying heights and weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel when necessary.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Able to life 50–100 pounds and set up ladders safely to 40 feet.
• 21+ years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
