JB Roofing, a Tecta America commercial roofing company, was established in 1970. We are currently seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman at our Worthington, OH location.

Responsibilities

• Attend training meetings as scheduled by management.
• Perform job set-up and oversee small projects.
• Communicate effectively with customers and maintain good relationships.
• Read and understand detailed drawings and specifications.
• Understand warranty terms and requirements for warranty work.
• Gain knowledge of associated sheet metal work, including measurements and installation (e.g., drip edge, gravel stop, coping, counter flashings, terminations).
• Complete all jobs and prepare for inspections.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding scope expansion, design modifications, or enhancements.

Core Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clean driving record and pass background check.
• Comfortable working at heights and able to position extension ladders for roof inspections.
• Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
• Professional demeanor to represent the company positively.
• Strong planning, organizing, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and follow-through skills.
