Summary

You will lead our roofing crews, responsible for the installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roof systems. Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring top craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install various roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles)
• Perform roof maintenance and repairs
• Follow job specifications and safety guidelines
• Maintain professional interactions with clients
• Manage crew, complete paperwork, attend meetings, assist in training
• Track inventory and file daily reports

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews
• Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Initiative, integrity, adaptability
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, lift 50+ pounds
• Work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Pass pre-employment screening

Working Conditions

• Field environment: heights, noise, temperature
• Physical effort: standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Travel within a 180-mile radius
