Job summary

Tecta America East LLC – Jessup Location is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead our roofing crews at the Jessup, MD shop. You will oversee installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems, ensuring craftsmanship and adherence to job specs.

Responsibilities include managing crews, coordinating with customers, and maintaining daily reports while upholding safety guidelines under varying weather conditions. Valid driver’s license required; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work at varying heights.

Responsibilities

• Lead roofing crews for installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems.
• Manage projects from start to finish with craftsmanship and quality control.
• Ensure safety guidelines and job specifications are followed.
• Maintain client interaction and coordinate with teams and meetings as needed.
• Track daily reports and paperwork and support crew training.

We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman for our Jessup, MD shop.

Commercial Roofing Foreman Summary

You will be the leader of our roofing crews and responsible for the installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Commercial Roofing Foreman Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
• Tracking inventory and filing daily reports

Commercial Roofing Foreman Requirements

• 5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
• Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneel
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
• Must be able to pass preemployment screening
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus

Pay starting at $24/hour, depending on experience.
