Position Summary

You will lead our roofing crews and be responsible for the installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roof systems. You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest craftsmanship standards.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install various roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles).
• Perform roof maintenance and repairs.
• Work according to job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers.
• Manage roofing crews, complete paperwork, attend meetings, and assist in training.
• Track inventory and file daily reports.

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Initiative, integrity, and adaptability.
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, climb, and kneel regularly.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Pass pre-employment screening.

Working Conditions

• Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature.
• Physical effort includes standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Local travel required.
