Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing contracts, invoices, and change orders, and communicating with clients. Travel to job sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Minimum three years in construction with emphasis on business facets and customer relations.
• Strong planning, organization, multitasking and urgency to complete tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow policies.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Estimates job costs and submits proposals for review.
• Manages projects to meet schedules and costs.
• Reviews invoices, material slips, POs, contracts, and proposals.
• Resolves disputes with clients and past due accounts.
• Maintains company equipment and policies.
• Tracks labor and material costs; invoices projects.
• Coordinates with prime and subcontractors on schedules and changes.
• Fields customer requests and questions.
