Responsibilities

• Review architectural plans to develop accurate takeoffs.
• Build detailed estimates for reroof projects and service work.
• Prepare proposals and present them to stakeholders.

Skills

Commercial roofing estimating experience

Knowledge of roofing systems (EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, Modified Bitumen)

Proficiency with estimating software
