gpac LLC. is partnering with an established Construction industry company to recruit a Commercial Roofing Estimator in Portland, OR.

The role targets candidates with at least 5 years of experience in commercial roofing who can perform on-site measurements, prepare Edge-based estimates, and coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure budget alignment and on-time completion. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 per year plus benefits, with a focus on accuracy, teamwork, and staying
