Qualifications

• Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and willingness to learn and accept coaching.
• Ability to lift/carry roofing materials and tools (commonly 50+lbs) and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Prior construction or roofing exposure is preferred.
• OSHA 10 preferred or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally from clock-in to clock-out.
• Maintain a clean jobsite presence at facilities and during travel.
• Assist with safe setup and teardown and hazard awareness.
• Support material staging, loading/unloading, and debris control.
• Follow work instructions and manufacturer requirements.
• Support Leadman/Foreman with accurate closeout documentation.
