Job summary

JB Roofing, a Tecta America Company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Mechanic in Tiffin, OH to install and repair roofs using BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope work. You will work in a team, outdoors in all weather, and must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders up to 60 ft and follow safety guidelines and manufacturers' specifications.

Requirements include 5 years of commercial roofing experience, 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, the ability to pass

Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
• Able to work well in a team setting
• Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
• Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety

Commercial Roofing Mechanic Summary
