Franklin Water Treatment, a Division of Franklin Electric, is seeking an Assembler for CI RO Assembly in Punta Gorda, FL. Join our team to build residential and commercial water treatment systems with accuracy and quality.

In this role you will perform light assembly, operate a forklift, and support production schedules while upholding safety and quality standards. We value reliability and a detail-oriented work ethic and offer opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• Punctual and dependable with good attendance.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift certification with 1–3+ years forklift experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Light assembly and packaging of water treatment equipment per instructions.
• Safely operate a forklift and move between stations to meet production schedules.
• Identify and report quality, equipment, process or material concerns per standards.

What you will be doing:

Light Assembly - Assemble water treatment equipment and kits according to detailed instructions, safely operate a forklift, and work across various workstations to meet production schedules. You’ll also identify and report quality, equipment, process, or material concerns while following Franklin Electric quality and safety standards.

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Assembler who takes pride in doing quality work. If you can follow instructions, work efficiently, and bring a strong work ethic to the team, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

What you need:

• Punctual/dependable with great attendance
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• 1 - 2 years or more experience working in a manufacturing-type position (preferred)
• Forklift Certification with 1-3 years or more of forklift experience (preferred)

Physical demands for the job:

This role requires you to continually lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Continually stand, regularly required to walk. Occasionally required to sit; ascend or descend ladders, stairs, or ramps, turn wrenches, valves, or handles; bend or twist; use upper extremities/ reach above shoulders.
