Franklin Water Treatment, a division of Franklin Electric Co., is seeking an Assembly professional in Punta Gorda, FL. In this role you will light-assemble water treatment equipment and kits according to detailed instructions, safely operate a forklift, and collaborate across workstations to meet production schedules.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1 - 2 years experience in a manufacturing-type position (preferred).
• Forklift certification with 1-3 years or more of forklift experience (preferred).

What you will be doing: Light Assembly - Assemble water treatment equipment and kits according to detailed instructions, safely operate a forklift, and work across various workstations to meet production schedules. You’ll also identify and report quality, equipment, process, or material concerns while following Franklin Electric quality and safety standards.

What you need:

• Punctual/dependable with great attendance
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• 1 - 2 years or more experience working in a manufacturing-type position (preferred)
• Forklift Certification with 1-3 years or more of forklift experience (preferred)

Physical demands for the job:

This role requires you to continually lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Continually stand, regularly required to walk. Occasionally required to sit; ascend or descend ladders, stairs, or ramps, turn wrenches, valves, or handles; bend or twist; use upper extremities/ reach above shoulders.
