Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. seeks a Risk Advisor in Scottsdale to drive new insurance account production and sales. You will educate, promote and sell insurance services, build a profitable book, and lead client relationships with carriers and teams.

You’ll leverage market research, loyalty-building activities and a structured sales plan to meet annual revenue objectives while coordinating with service teams to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty Insurance License is required and must be maintained.
• College degree or minimum 2 years’ sales experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Experience working with complex commercial coverage.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Achieves annual new revenue objectives through consultative sales to new clients.
• Builds an active pipeline of qualified prospects and generates leads.
• Documents new business activity in the sales tracking system.
• Develops and presents recommendations to clients using a consultative approach.
• Transitions sold clients to client service/account management teams.
• Communicates market trends and competitive intelligence to leadership.
