Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking a Risk Advisor in the United States to drive new insurance account production and sales. The role focuses on educating, promoting, and selling insurance services while expanding service lines for existing clients.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ sales experience in the insurance industry with a focus on health and welfare lines of coverage is required.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills for both in-person and teleconference/webinar sessions.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong networking and strategic vision of relationship building and utilization of Centers of Influence (COI).

Responsibilities

• Achieves annual new revenue objectives through consultative sales to new clients and expansion of service lines to existing clients.
• Exhibits thought leadership & industry engagement through associations and panels.
• Develops annual, individual sales plan with pipeline coverage to meet goals.
• Builds an active pipeline of qualified prospects and generates leads from various sources.
• Documents new business activity and closes new opportunities; transitions sold clients to service teams.
