Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated commercial project management experience.
• Proven experience estimating and managing large commercial projects with knowledge of insurance restoration.
• Mastery of Xactimate, MS Project or equivalent scheduling software, and standard CM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large-scale commercial restoration and repair projects from start to finish.
• Formulate, monitor, and manage strict project budgets to guarantee profitability.
• Deliver exceptional communication and outcomes for commercial clients, property managers, and stakeholders during high-stress recovery periods.
• Build out project timelines and coordinate trade partners, sub-contractors, and internal field crews.
• Collaborate with estimating and insurance adjusters to ensure repairs reflect approved scope of work.
